As a result of investigative actions, confessions were obtained from the detainees. Other facts of involvement of both police officers and civilians in similar crimes were also revealed. All detainees have been placed in a detention center.
The SCNS expressed serious concern that among the detainees were inspectors who were supposed to protect children's rights and prevent offenses.
