The investigation has established that the senior district inspector, as well as workers dealing with juvenile cases, conspired in advance and persuaded a 16-year-old girl to participate in illegal intimate activities with various individuals. Subsequently, they staged her "detention" and began extorting money, using blackmail and psychological pressure.
A criminal case has been initiated against the detained individuals. On February 4, officers of the internal security service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the State National Security Committee, arrested the suspects, who are now in a temporary detention facility.
According to the investigation, the detainees confessed to their crimes. A check is underway regarding their possible involvement in other similar cases.
Special services noted that this case raises particular concern, as the criminal actions were committed by representatives of law enforcement agencies and affect the interests of minors. The investigation is ongoing.
