According to the investigation, senior police officer, Captain Z.u.A., together with juvenile inspectors N.A.N. and A.u.A., developed an extortion scheme. They coerced the minor T.A.U., born in 2008, into engaging in intimate relations with wealthy men, after which they conducted "arrests," demanding money from them under the threat of exposure.
Employees of the Main Department of the SCNS in Osh and the Osh region, as well as the internal security service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, detained three suspects and placed them in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS.
During interrogations, confessions were obtained, and additional cases of "setups" involving employees were uncovered. The press service of the SCNS expressed particular concern that among those detained were inspectors whose job is to protect the rights of minors and prevent offenses.
