The State National Security Committee revealed details of the 'werewolves in uniform' case in Uzgen

In the Uzgen district of the Osh region, law enforcement officers have been detained for involving a minor in sexual acts. This was reported by the press service of the State National Security Committee (GKNB).

According to the GKNB, senior police officer Z.u.A. from the Uzgen district police department, along with juvenile inspectors N.A.N. and A.u.A., created a criminal scheme in which a minor, T.A.U., born in 2008, was coerced into sexual acts with men selected according to a pre-agreed program.

According to the investigation data, the detained police officers introduced the minor to wealthy men and then conducted fake arrests, using psychological pressure and blackmail to extract material benefits.
The investigative department of the GKNB for the city of Osh and the Osh region has initiated a criminal case regarding this matter. On February 4 of this year, together with the Military Intelligence Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the mentioned employees of the Uzgen police department were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the investigation, confessions from the detainees were obtained, and additional cases of abuse by both police officers and civilians were identified.

“It is particularly alarming that among those detained were juvenile inspectors, whose main task is to prevent offenses and protect children's rights,” the GKNB statement emphasizes.

Currently, all necessary measures are being taken to thoroughly document the illegal actions of the mentioned law enforcement officers.
