
According to the agency, the senior police officer, Captain of Police Z. u. A., in collaboration with juvenile inspectors N. A. N. and A. u. A., organized a scheme for extorting money, involving the minor T. A. U., born in 2008, in "sexual acts with certain individuals according to a pre-established scheme."
On February 4, the investigative department of the State National Security Committee in Osh and the Osh region opened a criminal case and, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs' SVR, detained the mentioned police officers. They were placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
During the investigative actions, confessions were obtained, and additional cases of so-called "setups" involving both law enforcement officers and civilians were identified, raising serious concerns.
It is particularly alarming that among those detained were juvenile inspectors, whose primary duty is to protect children's rights and prevent offenses.

Currently, activities aimed at fully documenting the illegal activities of these "wolves in sheep's clothing," as stated by the agency, are ongoing within the framework of the criminal case.
