At a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, a draft law was reviewed that proposes amendments to a number of legislative acts, including the Code of Offenses and the Law "On External Migration." The draft law, initiated by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, was approved in the second reading.

The chairman of the committee, Suyunbek Omurzakov, reported that this draft law is aimed at reducing the level of begging, improving public order and road safety, as well as protecting vulnerable citizens from exploitation.

The committee also reviewed and approved a draft law on amendments to legislative acts regarding the frequency of changes to the codes of the Kyrgyz Republic in the first reading. Deputy Minister of Justice Sayra Izakova emphasized the importance of this draft law for enhancing the stability of legal regulation and strengthening citizens' trust in the legal system.
