The Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Local Self-Government, and the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh held a discussion and approved the draft law titled "On Amending the Law on the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh" in its first reading.
Deputy Nurbek Sydygaliev was the initiator of this draft law.
He noted that the document proposes amendments to part 13 of Article 53 of the law on the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh.
“The draft law emphasizes the clarification of the positions of all factions and deputy groups when discussing issues regarding the adoption of the draft law both in the second and third readings simultaneously, as well as in three readings. This initiative aims to protect the political rights of factions and deputy groups, as well as to ensure transparency and balance in the decision-making process,” added Sydygaliev.
