
According to information obtained from sources, the Military Prosecutor's Office continues to investigate the case, within the framework of which an employee of the GKNB named Duyshenbiev Sydyk, known by the nickname Pito, who worked in the 6th department and was considered close to Jakypbekov, was also detained.
Additionally, according to Kaktus.media, three more police officers with connections to Jakypbekov have been dismissed. Among those dismissed was Rufat Abdurazak, head of personnel for the Chui region's Internal Affairs Directorate and the brother-in-law of the former leader, as well as Chyngyz Tokoldoshev, head of the Balakchy Internal Affairs Department, and Aizatbek Uchbaev, deputy head of the Pervomaisky Internal Affairs Directorate in Bishkek, both considered his close friends.
In recent days, significant personnel changes have occurred in the law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan:
— Kamchybek Tashiev has been relieved of his duties as head of the GKNB;
— Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov has been appointed acting chairman;
— three deputies of the head of the GKNB have been dismissed;
— the head of the GKNB for Bishkek has changed;
— there has also been a change in the leadership of the GKNB for Osh and the region.
The purges are ongoing.
