The event was attended by the mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliev, and other representatives of the city administration.
The deputies received information about the plant's operations, including waste sorting, incineration processes, and electricity generation. The plant's employees demonstrated automated control systems and discussed measures to ensure environmental safety.
According to Aibek Junushaliev, the plant currently processes about 1,000 tons of solid waste daily, which allows for the generation of 30 kWh of electricity. In the future, there are plans to expand the plant's capacity.
Deputy Santalat Amanova emphasized the importance of collaboration with higher educational institutions to train specialists in waste processing and green technologies.
Deputy Burun Amanova asked questions about the employment of Kyrgyz citizens at the plant, as well as about salaries and working conditions.
Deputy Abdyldabek Egemberdiev suggested considering the possibility of transporting waste from the suburbs of the Chui region to the plant.
