The deputy demanded to strengthen sanitary control over garbage trucks in Bishkek

At the off-site meeting of the parliamentary groups "Mekenchil" and "Ata Jurt," held on January 16, parliament member Gulnara Baatyrova raised an important issue regarding the sanitation of garbage trucks in Bishkek.

City Mayor Aibek Junushaliev noted that the need for washing special equipment was relevant in the past, as the trucks could arrive from landfills dirty.

“Currently, each truck is washed before leaving for the city,” he added.

Baatyrova emphasized the importance of closely monitoring this process, as special equipment can transport various types of waste, leading to pollution of the urban area.
