More than 60 agricultural enterprises opened in Kyrgyzstan in 2025
According to the information from the ministry, the new enterprises are aimed at processing agricultural products and developing trade and logistics infrastructure. Among them are centers for processing grains, fruits, and berries, as well as production facilities for dairy products, meat, fish, wool, vegetable oil, and organic production facilities. In addition, 2,707 new jobs have been created.
The food industry accounted for 17.4% of the total production volume in the country from January to November of last year.
The total output produced by the agro-industrial complex reached 94.2 billion soms.
Plans for 2026 include the launch of another 75 processing enterprises.
