According to information provided by Tengrinews.kz, citing the Astana police department, the incident occurred on January 20. After the match, videos began to appear on social media showing fans of "Brugge" in the stands laughing and joking while dressed in outfits reminiscent of a film by Sacha Baron Cohen.

As reported by the police, three foreign nationals were detained and taken to the station. "An administrative case has been initiated for appearing in a public place in a state of intoxication and petty hooliganism. The materials of the case have been forwarded to the court for further consideration. The detainees have been placed in a temporary detention room," the Astana police department added.
