In Bishkek, a troublemaker was taken to a detention center for swearing.

In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a driver was detained for causing a scandal and insulting a passerby on the street. This information was provided by the press service of the Sverdlovsk Department of Internal Affairs.

The incident occurred on January 20, 2026: one of the city residents reported to the police about an aggressive driver who got into a conflict in the area of Chokan Valikhanov Street and used offensive language towards him.

Law enforcement officers brought the 28-year-old man named D.A. to the station for clarification of all circumstances, after which the case materials were transferred to the public safety service.

A protocol was drawn up against the violator for petty hooliganism in accordance with Article 126 of the KR Code on Offenses, and he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Sverdlovsk Department of Internal Affairs.
