The audit is aimed at a thorough analysis of the condition of construction sites, the volume of completed works, financial flows, as well as contractual obligations with participants in shared construction.
After the analysis of the current state of the projects is completed, a decision will be made regarding the continuation of construction work.

Samad Jantelev, the First Deputy Minister, during a meeting with representatives of the shareholders of the company "Dooolot Kurulush", reported on the ongoing audit of the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov Eco City". He emphasized that the process of preparing the necessary documentation requires a certain amount of time.
The situation with "Dooolot Kurulush" has been under the personal control of President Sadyr Japarov since January 2026, following complaints from citizens. According to preliminary data, more than a thousand shareholders have transferred over 1 billion soms to the company, however, in many areas, work has not even progressed to the excavation stage.
Moreover, the developer has not fulfilled its obligations to the city administration of Shopokov, which allocated 8 hectares of land to the company in exchange for 140 apartments for the municipality. A special working commission has been established to determine the fate of the shareholders' funds and assess the actual volumes of completed work.
