The First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, Samat Djanteliyev, held a meeting with representatives of the shareholders of OsOO "Doolot Kurulush".
Based on the appeals from the shareholders, the company's activities were placed under the control of the country's president, and the ministry was given corresponding tasks. Currently, the management of OsOO "Doolot Kurulush" is transferring construction projects to the Ministry for completion.
Samat Djanteliyev reported on the ongoing work on the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov Eco City," noting the need for time to process the necessary documentation.
The audit includes a detailed analysis of the condition of the projects, the volume of completed work, financial flows, and contractual obligations with the shareholders.
The main objective of these activities is to accurately determine the status of the projects and make informed decisions about the further continuation of construction.
Citizens who purchased housing from the company four years ago have still not received their apartments and have repeatedly filed complaints about the suspension of construction work. In this regard, the Ministry of Construction issued warnings and directives to OsOO "Doolot Kurulush" regarding the necessity to resume work.
However, due to the company's financial difficulties, the funds from the shareholders were not used in full, which led to the halt of construction work.
