The state is checking the use of funds from the shareholders of the construction company "Doolot Kuruush"

By the order of the president, Kanibek Tumanbaev, the head of the administration, visited Shopokov to assess the situation at the construction sites of the company "Dooolot Kuruulush." As a result of the visit, it was revealed that more than a thousand investors had invested over 1 billion soms in the project; however, construction work had not actually been carried out, and most of the facilities are only at the foundation stage. Citizens, who have been waiting for the completion of construction for about two years, have filed complaints with the president.

It was also established that the Shopokov city administration allocated a land plot of more than 8 hectares to the developer, while the developer committed to transfer 140 apartments to the city's balance, but the fulfillment of these obligations remains in question.

In response to the identified violations, a special commission has been created with the task of verifying the movement of funds, the execution of contracts, and the actual volumes of completed work. The next meeting with the investors is scheduled for tomorrow at 14:00 at another site of the company.

The president emphasized that the rights of citizens will be protected, and the actions of the developer will receive a legal assessment. The situation remains under the control of the head of state.
