Currently, the management of OsOO "Doolot Kuruulush" is transferring its construction projects to the Ministry of Construction for their final implementation.
During the meeting, Samat Djanteliyev spoke about the ongoing work on the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov Eco City," noting that the preparation of all necessary documents requires a certain amount of time. The completion of construction is planned within the next two years.
“The audit includes a detailed analysis of the condition of construction sites, the volume of work completed, financial flows, as well as obligations under contracts with participants in shared construction,” the Ministry of Construction clarified.
The main goal of the ongoing activities is to accurately determine the current state of the projects and make informed decisions about the further progress of construction work.
“The cost of apartments will not exceed market prices. A detailed construction schedule will be drawn up, and the cost of materials will be calculated,” the ministry reported earlier.
Citizens who purchased housing from this company four years ago have still not received their apartments. OsOO "Doolot Kuruulush" has already received warnings and orders to resume construction work.
However, due to financial problems, the funds collected from participants in shared construction were not used in full, which led to a suspension of construction work.
According to the Ministry of Justice, OsOO "Doolot Kuruulush" was registered in 2016. Omorov Bakai Akmatkulovich is the head of the company, and the founder is Moldokunov Kudayberdi Jenishbekovich.
