The Minister met with the shareholders of LLC "Doolot Kurulush"
The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services has taken over the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov". This was announced during a meeting between Minister Nurdana Oruntaev and the shareholders of the company "Doolot Kurulush".
Deputy ministers, heads of relevant departments, and company representatives also attended the meeting.
Among the issues discussed, it became known that homebuyers who purchased apartments from "Doolot Kurulush" four years ago are still waiting for their properties, having repeatedly reported delays in the construction process.
In light of these issues, the Ministry of Construction issued a warning to "Doolot Kurulush" and demanded the resumption of construction work.
As a result of financial difficulties and appeals from shareholders, control of the company was transferred to the president, and the Ministry was tasked with completing the construction of the residential complexes within two years.
"Apartment prices will not exceed market rates. A clear plan for construction work will be developed, and the cost of necessary materials will be determined. Shareholders' financial resources will be used exclusively for construction," the minister noted.
Each agreement with shareholders will be analyzed by specialists, and payments will be made according to a new schedule.
Transparency in the use of funds and at every stage of construction is promised.
