According to information provided by the authorities, participants in the shared construction invested more than 1 billion soms in the company. Although some investors have already received their money back, more than 900 million soms should still remain in the developer's accounts. However, the actual state of the sites indicates that construction work has hardly been carried out: most blocks are only at the excavation stage, and on some plots, the first floor has not even been built.
Investors have been waiting for the completion of construction for almost two years.
Additionally, the Shopokov city administration allocated a land plot of over 8 hectares to the company. In return, the developer promised to transfer 140 apartments to the municipality. However, as local authorities note, the developer's obligations have still not been fulfilled.
In connection with the identified violations, a special working commission has been established to check the movement of funds invested by the investors, the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the actual volumes and pace of construction work, as well as compliance with the conditions for the allocated land plot.
The presidential administration noted that the situation is under the control of the head of state, and actions related to attracting citizens' funds without fulfilling obligations will be assessed in accordance with the law.
