According to Tumanbaev, the investors have raised 2 billion soms. All existing contracts remain in force, and no percentage will be added to their cost over the next decade.
The facilities in question include the "Shopokov Eco City" project with 2,300 apartments and the residential complex "Kudaybergen," intended for 1,400 apartments.
Additionally, Kanibek Tumanbaev reported that an interdepartmental commission is currently working to conduct an audit of the construction company's activities. The results of the audit will be made public within ten days.
It is worth noting that the day before, at the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov, an audit of "Dooolot Kurulush" was initiated. Kanibek Tumanbaev visited Shopokov to assess the condition of the company's construction sites on-site.
