During a meeting with the shareholders of the company OsOO "Dooolot Kuruush" at the site of the residential complex Kudaybergen, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services Nurdin Oruntaev reported on the current state of affairs. This information was provided by the ministry's press service.
Shareholders who paid for their apartments about four years ago have still not received their housing due to the suspension of construction work. The ministry had previously initiated orders to resume construction; however, the company's financial difficulties led to the ineffective use of shareholders' funds and, consequently, to the freezing of the project, the press service reports.
After the shareholders' appeal, President Sadyr Japarov intervened in the situation and instructed the Ministry of Construction to take the necessary steps to complete the projects. As a result, the management of "Dooolot Kuruush" handed over the construction sites to the ministry.
The minister noted that the company's assets will be transferred to state ownership, and work on the projects will be resumed in stages.
Nurdin Oruntaev also reported that the completion of the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov" is planned within two years. In the coming month, measures will be taken to resume the halted work, and documents and contracts will be reviewed. Apartment prices will not exceed market levels. A clear construction schedule will be developed, and shareholders' funds will be directed exclusively to the completion of construction work.
In addition, all contracts with shareholders will be reviewed, and new payments will be made according to an updated schedule. The ministry guarantees full transparency at all stages of construction and the use of funds, and the transfer of completed apartments will be carried out according to an approved plan.
