An international ranking tournament in freestyle wrestling is currently taking place in Albania.
At the international freestyle wrestling tournament in Albania, athletes from Kyrgyzstan won several medals, as reported by United World Wrestling (UWW).
Ernazar Akmataliev, competing in the 70 kg weight category, won a gold medal, defeating American wrestler Alek William Pontaléo by a narrow margin of 3:2.
The silver medal in the 74 kg category was claimed by Orozobek Toktomambetov, who lost in the final match to Iranian wrestler Younes Aliakbar Emami.
A bronze medal also added to the collection of Kyrgyz wrestlers: Zalkarbek Tabaldiev competed in the 70 kg category and took third place.
