In the Jalal-Abad region, specifically in the Suzak district, a scheme related to the illegal sale of land plots has been disrupted. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
According to information provided by the state committee, during investigative actions, it was revealed that the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koome" M.I., together with S.N., organized the sale of land plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the village of Blagoveshchenka. Using forged documents from the ayil okmotu, they sold land plots at prices ranging from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms per plot.
Furthermore, to legalize the illegally sold plots, the suspects used procedures related to state commissions dealing with land amnesty issues.
As part of the initiated criminal case, M.I. and N.S. were detained and placed in the SCNS detention center. Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to identify all episodes of criminal activity, calculate the amount of illegally obtained funds, and establish other individuals involved in this scheme.
