In the Suzak district, in the village of Blagoveshchenka, the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koomu," named "M.I.," was detained along with an accomplice "S.N." as part of a criminal case. They used fake resolutions from the ayil okmotu to sell land plots for individual housing construction (IHC). The prices for the plots ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms, according to information from the GKNB.
Additionally, they resorted to the procedures of the state commission for land amnesty to legalize the illegally sold plots. Currently, investigative measures are ongoing to uncover all aspects of the criminal activity, including the amount of illegally obtained funds and possible accomplices.
The General Prosecutor's Office of the KR emphasizes that such actions undermine public trust in government structures and cause significant harm to the interests of the state. Efforts to identify corruption schemes and fraud in the field of land relations involving officials continue.
