According to the agency, the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koome" named M. I., together with S. N., under the pretext of assisting in obtaining land for individual housing construction (IHC) in the village of Blagoveshchenka, sold plots using forged decisions from local authorities. The price of such plots ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
The SCNS also believes that to legalize the illegal sales, these individuals used the procedures of state commissions dealing with land amnesty issues.
