According to the agency, during operational activities, it became known that the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koomu" M.I., together with a citizen S.N., under the pretext of providing assistance in obtaining land plots for individual housing construction in the village of Blagoveshchenka, was selling plots to citizens using fake resolutions from the local government.
The price of one land plot ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms. To legalize the illegally sold plots, procedures were used through state commissions dealing with land amnesty issues.
As part of the criminal case, M.I. and S.N. were detained and placed in the detention center of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to clarify all the details of the criminal activity, the amount of illegally obtained funds, and to identify other possible accomplices.
