According to the investigation, the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koome" M.I. along with an accomplice S.N. used forged resolutions from the ayil okmotu to sell land plots. They promised assistance in obtaining plots for individual housing construction in the village of Blagoveshchenka and sold them to citizens at prices ranging from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
To legalize the illegally acquired plots, the suspects resorted to procedures related to the consideration of disputed issues through state commissions for land amnesty.
As part of the criminal case, both suspects were detained and placed in the SCNS detention center, and the investigation is ongoing.
