At a meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on International Affairs, Defense, Security, and Migration, Deputy Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva raised an important issue regarding the problems that have arisen with the "Tunduk" application.

“In the past two weeks, we have received numerous requests from citizens wishing to exchange their driver's licenses but unable to access the application and complete the necessary procedures. The situation in 'Unaa' was complicated, as there were long queues, and the malfunctioning application created significant inconveniences for the citizens of Kyrgyzstan,” noted Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva.

The Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, Elnar Subakozhoev, commented on the situation, stating that overall the system is functioning stably; however, the high load on the application has led to temporary failures.

“Technically, the 'Tunduk' application is operating normally, but due to a sharp increase in the number of requests, there have been disruptions. Additionally, the redesign of the application has also caused temporary difficulties,” he added.

Previously, social media users reported issues with accessing the services of the application and delays in receiving government services.
