The Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of Kyrgyzstan informs about the release of an updated version of the Tunduk mobile application. Users can now download it with an updated interface from the App Store and Google Play.
The redesign of the application was carried out to improve the convenience and speed of obtaining government services. Before the release of the update, the Tunduk team conducted a series of interviews with users and testing, which helped identify the main difficulties with navigation and usage scenarios. All changes were made taking into account the real experiences of users.
In the new version of the application, key documents such as identity cards, driver's licenses, and certificates are now located on the main screen. This allows users to access them immediately after logging into the app, bypassing additional sections.
Additionally, a new section called "Life Situations" has been added, which combines government services related to popular life events. Users can select a relevant situation—such as housing registration, childbirth, or medical issues—and receive a list of necessary services in one place.
The main page of the application has been redesigned: its structure has become clearer and more logical, and visual accents help users find the needed functions more quickly.
The application's interface has also been visually updated: it has become more modern and lightweight, making it more comfortable to use in everyday life.
The Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic continues to improve digital services, providing citizens with an accessible and understandable format for interacting with government services.
