Tunduk App Updated: Key Documents Moved to the Main Screen
The redesign of the application was implemented to simplify navigation and speed up access to government services. Specialists from JSC "Tunduk" conducted user interviews and testing, which allowed them to identify the main difficulties faced by users.
In the new version of the application, key documents such as identity cards, driver's licenses, and certificates are now located on the main screen. This allows users to quickly access them immediately after logging in, eliminating the need to navigate through various sections.
A new section called "Life Situations" has also been introduced, where services are organized by typical events, such as housing registration, childbirth, and health-related issues. Consumers just need to select the appropriate category to see all available services.
The main page of the application has become more logical and simple, while the updated visual style is modern and convenient for everyday use.
The Tunduk application is part of the e-government system of Kyrgyzstan and provides citizens with the opportunity to access government services in digital format, bypassing the need to visit government institutions.
