New appointments in the Jogorku Kenesh.
Bolot Ibragimov, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh, has been elected as the Vice-Speaker by the "Mekenchil" parliamentary group. His candidacy was supported by 53 deputies, while 16 voted against.
Ibragimov replaces Karim Khandzheza, who temporarily left the position for personal reasons.
Previously, Eurlan Kokulov expressed the opinion that some of his colleagues do not deserve their positions but did not name specific individuals.
It is also worth mentioning that Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, the former Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, announced his early resignation this week.
Azizbek Abdullayev replaced Eldar Sulaymanov in the Jogorku Kenesh. Sulaymanov submitted a resignation letter, and after losing his mandate, Abdullayev became a deputy for district No. 5 of the Aravan region.
In his biography, he stated that he is 37 years old and graduated from the Faculty of Law of Osh State University in 2011. He worked in the patrol service and then in law enforcement agencies.
Jainak Usen uulu has also become the head of the press service of the Jogorku Kenesh. Previously, he served as the general director of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation and has significant experience in media.
Additionally, Minura Abdykalykova has been appointed as the press secretary of the Speaker of Parliament.
Changes in the government.
Three ministers were relieved of their duties: Abdyssattar Syrgabaev, Minister of Transport and Communications, Meder Mashiev, Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, and Boobek Ajikeev, Minister of Emergency Situations.
Acting appointments have been made: Urmatbek Shamyrkanov (Minister of Emergency Situations), Akyl Toktobaev (Minister of Natural Resources), and Talantbek Soltobaev (Minister of Transport).
Bolot Jusupekov has left the position of First Deputy Minister of Natural Resources.

Police Colonel Rufat Abdurazakoff has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Head of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region. He oversaw personnel issues in the department.
Mirlаn Ryskeldiyev has been appointed as the head of the Internal Investigations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Gulnura Mamyrova has become the First Deputy Minister, and Durus Kozyuev has been appointed as Deputy Minister. These appointments follow the dismissal of Aibek Chotonov and Nurlan Omurov from their positions.

Aibek Matkerimov has resigned at his own request. He held the position since December 2025.

Timur Shabdanbekov has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Chairman of the GKNB, and his position has been taken by Akylbek Namazov.
Joomart Toktogulov has been appointed as the head of the GKNB department for Osh and the corresponding region.
The President has signed a decree appointing Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov as Chairman of the GKNB, who will deal with national security issues.

Janarbek Akayev has become the new mayor of Osh, replacing Jenishbek Toktorbaev, who resigned.
Akayev, born on December 13, 1986, has experience in journalism and was a deputy in the Jogorku Kenesh.

Aibek Mamyraliyev has taken over the Antimonopoly Regulation Service, succeeding Jenaly Orozbaev.

Nurbek Talai uulu has been appointed as the head of the Capital Construction Directorate, and Dastan Kadyrov has become the head of the Urban Planning and Architecture Directorate.
Timur Malbashev has been appointed as the director of the State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Oil Company".
Galina Bayterek has taken over the publishing house "Kyrgyz Tuusu".
Samad Erkinbekov has been appointed as the head of the directorate for non-Olympic sports.
