With experience managing both state and private media holdings, Zhainak Usen uulu will now be responsible for the informational support of the parliament's activities, interaction with the media, and shaping the public agenda of the Jogorku Kenesh.
It has also been reported that Minura Abdykalykova has been appointed press secretary to the speaker of the parliament.
