Minura Abdykalykova has been appointed as the new press secretary of the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh. This decision was approved by the toraga Marlen Mamataliyev.

Minura Abdykalykova graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn in 2012, earning a degree in journalism.
