According to the new decrees, the following individuals left their positions:
Absattar Syrgabaev, who held the post of Minister of Transport and Communications since June 2024; Boobek Ajikeev, who headed the Ministry of Emergency Situations since 2020; Meder Mashiyev, Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
Acting officials have already been appointed to the vacant positions, and their candidacies have been submitted for consideration to the Jogorku Kenesh:
Talantbek Soltobaev became the acting Minister of Transport and Communications, previously serving as the first deputy in this department.
Urmattbek Shamyurkanov took over the Ministry of Emergency Situations, having worked as the deputy minister before his appointment.
Akyil Toktobaev became the acting Minister of Natural Resources, previously leading the state enterprise "Kyrgyzgeology."
