Akyil Toktobaev was appointed as the Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
Talantbek Soltobaev headed the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Previously, Urmatzbek Shamyrykanov worked in the Ministry of Emergency Situations as the Deputy Minister. His predecessor was Boobek Ajikeev.
Akyil Toktobaev held the position of director of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzgeologiya" before his appointment. The ministry was previously headed by Meder Mashiyev.
Talantbek Soltobaev was the First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications before his appointment. In September 2025, he was detained by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) in connection with an investigation into the capital repairs of Sheraliyev and Lenin streets in Naryn. After the incident, he was relieved of his position. His predecessor as minister was Absattar Syrgabaev.
