After the mandate of Eldar Sulaymanov was revoked, his seat in the parliament for the Aravan multi-mandate electoral district No. 5 was taken by Azizbek Abdullaev.
According to the biography presented to the CEC, Azizbek is 37 years old and graduated with a law degree from Osh State University in 2011.
He began his career in 2010, working in the patrol service of the Osh region. From 2015 to 2016, he served as an inspector in the Aravan District Department of Internal Affairs, and later became the head of the juvenile affairs department.
In the parliamentary elections held on November 30, 2025, Abdullaev received 7.35% of the votes in district No. 5.
