Eldar Sulaymanov, born on July 3, 1985, is the son of Nurlan Sulaymanov, who served as the Minister of Transport and Communications. He represented the political party "Ata-Jurt Kyrgyzstan" in the seventh convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh and was elected to the VIII convocation from the Aksy multi-mandate electoral district No. 5 (Jalal-Abad region).

In January of this year, Eldar Sulaymanov's name became a topic of discussion in the media and on social platforms due to accusations of domestic violence from his ex-wife. Asel Azamatova stated on social media about multiple instances of violence by her ex-husband. The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek reported that an investigation is underway regarding this case. Eldar Sulaymanov himself commented that the accusations are one-sided and require legal assessment.
