In the Chui region, a corruption scheme related to the judicial system has been uncovered. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to GKNB information, during a systematic fight against corruption, it became known that the senior secretary of the Chui Regional Court, A.Zh.B., abused her official position and received 26 thousand US dollars from citizen T.M.T. for assistance in issuing a court decision that did not entail imprisonment. However, the promise to fulfill the terms of the deal was not met.
During the attempt to return part of the amount, totaling 651 thousand soms and 2800 US dollars, the suspect was detained and placed in the GKNB detention center.
During the investigation, a connection was also established with citizen K.A.A. and judge of the Alamudun District Court of the Chui region, Zh.Sh.B., who was detained while transferring 85 thousand soms.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other participants in this illegal scheme among the employees of the judicial system.
