According to the information received, the senior secretary of the Chui Regional Court, A.Zh.B., abused her official position by attempting to assist in making a court decision not related to imprisonment, for a reward of $26 thousand from citizen T.M.T.
Nevertheless, A.Zh.B. was unable to achieve a positive outcome for T.M.T. During operational activities, SCNS officers caught her red-handed as she was returning part of the previously received funds — 651 thousand soms and $2 thousand 800. As a result, the secretary was placed in the SCNS detention center. The involvement of citizen K.A.A. and judge Zh.Sh.B. of the Alamudun District Court was also established, who was also caught red-handed while returning 85 thousand soms," the statement clarified.
