- Deputy Bekmurza Ergeshov was elected as a representative of the Jogorku Kenesh.
Candidate nominations put forward by the president and the People's Kurultai were also approved:
- Ulukbek Chynybaev — candidate from the president;
- Almaz Aydarov — candidate from the People's Kurultai.
The following members were included in the Council for Justice Affairs:
- Kasymaliev Mukambet Shadykanovich — judge of the Constitutional Court;
- Asanova Nurgul Moldobekovna — judge of the Supreme Court;
- Arstanbaeva Dilara Erkinovna — judge of the Supreme Court;
- Moldakunov Aibek Karybekovich — judge of the Supreme Court;
- Bariktabasova Elmira Bekturganovna – judge of the Bishkek City Court;
- Chotonov Sanjar Beyshenkulovich – judge of the Sverdlovsk District Court of Bishkek;
- Ryskulova Aizhan Ryspekovna — judge of the Lenin District Court of Bishkek;
- Kadyrova Gulnaz Kubanychbekovna — judge of the Uzgen District Court of Osh region, nominated by the Council of Judges;
- Kari mov Akik kat Bakkazovich – candidate from the legal community.
The formation of the Council takes into account gender balance, ensuring that no more than 70% of its members are of the same gender. According to part 8 of article 8 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Council for Justice Affairs," the Council is composed of:
8 judges elected by the Council of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic;
1 representative appointed by the president;
1 deputy elected by the Jogorku Kenesh;
1 representative elected by the People's Kurultai;
1 representative of the legal community elected by the Jogorku Kenesh.
The People's Kurultai elects its representative to the Council in accordance with the established Regulations.
Candidates from the legal community must be elected by the statutory bodies of associations of lawyers with at least 5 years of practice at the time of nominating candidates for the Council position.
