The investigation claims that the senior secretary of the Chui Regional Court, A.Zh.B., promised to ensure a favorable ruling in a court case without imposing a prison sentence, for which she requested $26,000. However, failing to fulfill her promises, she was detained while returning part of the funds — 651,000 soms and $2,800. She is currently in the GKNB detention center.
During the investigation, the involvement of the judge of the Alamudun District Court, Zh.Sh.B., and another individual, K.A.A., was also revealed, with the judge being caught red-handed while handing over 85,000 soms.
The investigation is ongoing.
