The preliminary investigation revealed that the day before, on January 14, around 19:00, Sh. A. was at his home in the company of citizen P. S., born in 1971, citizen T. U., born in 1993, and an acquaintance named Z. During a joint consumption of alcohol, a conflict occurred, resulting in Sh. A. and P. S. sustaining bodily injuries. It is presumed that these injuries could have been inflicted by T. U. and Z.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning murder. As a result of operational search activities, T. U., born in 1993, was detained and subsequently placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, the necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
