In Kemin, two elderly men are suspected of murder.

On January 11, 2026, at around 13:10, a report was received by the Internal Affairs Department of the Kemin District that the body of a man with stab wounds had been found in one of the houses in Kemin. This was reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region.

The investigative and operational group immediately went to the scene. During the inspection, it was established that the deceased was A. A., born in 1960. Multiple stab wounds were found on his body.

As a result of operational activities, police officers were able to identify and detain the suspects - B. T. and S. K., also born in 1960. They were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
