In Chui Region, a suspect in murder has been detained

A suspect has been detained in the Chui region in connection with the investigation of the murder of a local resident. This was reported by the press service of the regional police department.
It became known that on January 15, law enforcement received a report about the discovery of the lifeless body of a man born in 1973. An investigative team was dispatched to the scene. Preliminary investigations revealed that on January 14, a gathering was taking place at the victim's home involving his acquaintance, a woman born in 1971, a man born in 1993, and another acquaintance named Z.

During the clarification of the circumstances of the conflict, two participants sustained injuries. The woman was hospitalized at the City Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Bishkek, while the body of the deceased was sent to the morgue to determine the nature of the injuries sustained. The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident on the grounds of a crime as defined by Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative actions and examinations are ongoing.
