The main goal of this draft law is to fulfill the internal procedures necessary for the implementation of the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies, adopted at the 12th Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization in Geneva on June 17, 2022.
The ratification of this agreement underscores Kyrgyzstan's commitment to its international obligations within the WTO and strengthens its position as a responsible participant in the global trading system, contributing to the establishment of fairer and more transparent conditions for world trade.
