The deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh held a meeting during which several bills were approved. Among the initiatives considered:
- The bill "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic," affecting the Code on Non-Tax Revenues, the Code on Offenses, as well as the Law "On Universal Military Duty of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, on Military and Alternative Services," was adopted in three readings;
- The Agreement on Extradition between the Kyrgyz Republic and Mongolia, signed on July 21, 2025, in Bishkek, was also ratified after three readings;
- The bill related to the ratification of the Agreement on Financing and the Grant Agreement for the "Phase 1 for the Kyrgyz Republic under the 'One Health' Program," signed on July 11, 2025, in Bishkek, was adopted in the second reading;
- The Protocol on Amendments to the Marrakech Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, concerning subsidies in the fishing sector, was also ratified in the second reading; the agreement was adopted at the Twelfth Session of the WTO Ministerial Conference on June 17, 2022, in Geneva;
- The bill concerning the ratification of the Agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investments between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Italian Republic, signed on May 30, 2025, in Astana, passed in the second reading;
- The Protocol on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, signed on July 28, 2025, in Moscow, was also ratified in the second reading;
- Amendments to certain legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the laws "On Investments in the Kyrgyz Republic" and "On Arbitration Courts in the Kyrgyz Republic," passed in the second reading;
- The first reading of the bill "On State Awards, Honorary Titles, and State Prizes of the Kyrgyz Republic" also took place.
