- "On the ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Saudi Development Fund for the project 'Construction of Public Schools' Phase-2," signed on October 9, 2025, in Bishkek" — in the second reading.
- "On the ratification of the Loan Agreement 'First Program for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth' between the Kyrgyz Republic and the OPEC Fund for International Development, signed on September 22, 2025, in Bishkek" — in the second reading.
The purpose of the WTO Protocol on Fisheries Subsidies is to limit harmful subsidies that contribute to overfishing and depletion of fish resources, which in turn promotes sustainable development of fisheries at the global level.
The loan of 30 million dollars from the OPEC Fund, provided for 20 years with a five-year grace period and an interest rate of 1.25%, under the program "First Program for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth," aims to strengthen energy supply, social services, climate resilience, financial stability, and the business environment.
All three bills received the committee's approval and will be forwarded for further consideration at the plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh.
