Kamchybek Tashiev demanded to check pawnshops, their interest rates, and the conditions for providing loans.

As part of the fraud case involving citizen S.M., the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) found that he, having a criminal background, had long been engaged in illegal activities in the pawnshop and lending sectors. S.M. provided money under extremely unfavorable conditions, which allowed him to subsequently seize the property of debtors without hindrance.

The investigation established that he used fictitious transactions to re-register real estate and land plots, resorting to the assistance of accomplices and notaries. The criminal case has an organized nature and is accompanied by threats and pressure on the victims, possibly using connections in law enforcement agencies.

Special attention is being paid to the activities of the companies "Expert Stroy" (Residential Complex "Silk Road") and "Arz Development." According to the investigation, S.M. provided two land plots for shared construction, creating obstacles to project implementation and making illegal demands, which allowed him to gain significant profits.

As a result of his actions, 89 shareholders of the residential complex "Silk Road" were harmed, as well as a number of individuals, with the total damage assessed as particularly large, including illegal alienation of real estate, vehicles, and monetary funds.

Kamchybek Tashiev instructed GKNB employees to conduct an inspection of pawnshops, focusing on interest rates and loan conditions.







Tashiev emphasized that he has taken personal control of the investigation and ordered a thorough and impartial examination of all the circumstances of the case, as well as the identification of those responsible and maximum compensation for the victims.
