The Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan spoke about the visa situation in the USA

According to the minister, about 20 cases of deportation have already been registered among violators, and it is expected that this number may increase by another 20. At the same time, citizens do not face difficulties with legal residence if they have all the necessary documents.

Kulubaev also touched upon the topic of the deposits required by the American side for entry. He noted that the amount of $15,000 is significant for Kyrgyz citizens, but it reflects the internal migration policy of the United States.

“We are in dialogue with the American authorities to facilitate the visa process, have expressed our proposals, and taken their requirements into account,” he added.

The minister noted that one of the main requirements from the American side is the need for timely processing of all documents and adherence to the duration of stay for those who have obtained a visa. He also mentioned that similar requirements exist in other countries, including Russia, and Kyrgyzstan is actively working to protect the interests of its citizens in these matters.

In addition, Kulubaev reported that the relevant agencies continue efforts to legalize citizens who are abroad and are working on improving consular support.
