At the recent tournament in Albania, Meerim Jumanaazarova won a silver medal, as reported by United World Wrestling (UWW).
In the final of the 68 kg weight category, the Kyrgyz athlete was outmatched by Yuliana Yaneva from Bulgaria, losing with a score of 0:2.
Earlier in the tournament, Jumanaazarova achieved victories over opponents from the USA and Turkey.
It is worth noting that Kyrgyz wrestler Ernazar Akmataliev also achieved success at the same tournament, winning gold in freestyle wrestling.
